- Packaging and Labels: Must be returned with its original labeling intact, wrapping, manuals, and in the original product packaging (including shoe boxes).
- Proof of Purchase: The original receipt, invoice, or order number is required.

Due to the nature of our inventory, some categories have specific restrictions:

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

- Provide your order number and specify the items you wish to return and the reason.
B. Approval and Shipping Label:
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Exception: If the return is due to retraction or change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If it’s due to a defect or error by Juan Tamanaco Shop, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
C. Shipping and Receiving:
- Pack the item securely, affix the shipping label, and initiate shipping.
- Once we receive your package at our facility in Texas, we’ll begin the inspection process.
4. Refunds and Processing Times
After the quality team verifies the product’s condition (usually within 5 to 7 business days):
- Refund Option: The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Timeframe: The refund will appear in your account within 7 to 15 business days of approval. This timeframe depends on your bank or financial institution.
- Initial Shipping Charges: Shipping charges originally paid for the order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Juan Tamanaco Shop or a defective product.

If you wish to exchange for another size, color, or a different product:
- You must initiate a return process, requesting Store Credit or specifying the replacement item.
